Our initiatives focus on addressing essential needs for children in rural and government schools lacking access to basic amenities and contributing to the sustainable preservation of our natural spaces. Further, we have had a few associate-driven programs, such as donation drives to support orphanages or old-age homes. While reflecting on our collective journey through these initiatives, it is heartening to acknowledge the wonderful experiences we shared and the positive impact we have made together. Moving forward, we aspire to enhance the involvement of our associates in these programs as we persist in advancing these impactful initiatives.
About 37 miles from the city of Bangalore, in Kalapura village, a school hosts about 80 students from Grade 1 to 7, catering to five villages, two feeder schools, and one Anganwadi childcare center. The school building had only one functional classroom out of the original six and lacked the necessary facilities for conducive education, We built two new classrooms, along with facilities such as blackboards, lights, and fans to ensure children could learn in a clean, safe place. We provided reusable water bottles for the children to use.

In 2025, Availity India supported the Viveka Tribal Centre for Learning (VTCL), a residential school serving children from over 60 tribal villages in Karnataka. The initiative focused on improving student well‑being, safety, and learning infrastructure.
