Key Responsibilities
Create, deliver, and maintain performance support and training materials that are easy to access, easy on the eye, and easy to understand. These may include training demos, online help, software release presentations, release notes, quick reference cards, interactive guides, and e-learning courses.

Skills and Knowledge
•    Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and a crisp, casual tone
•    Outstanding graphic design skills showcasing the latest visual design trends
•    Advanced multimedia skills producing interactions that can play on any device
•    Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, oXygen XML Editor, and Microsoft Office
•    Training delivery skills a plus
•    Skills in HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and structured authoring (such as DITA) a plus
•    A practical knowledge of information architecture, content strategy, and user interface design a plus

Education and Experience
•    Minimum of five years developing on-demand performance support and training materials for adult learners in a software development environment
•    Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
