All you need is a computer and a connection to the Internet

- A computer with 56K or greater Internet access. A high-speed Internet connection allows Availity to perform inquiries and submissions at top speeds, returning the results you need in record time. - An Internet browser with 128-bit encryption. A higher browser version supports 128-bit encryption, which is the strongest form of encryption available for confidential transactions over the Internet. Availity does not guarantee full functionality of the Availity Health Information Network with Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 4.x or lower or Netscape, AOL, CompuServe, or other comparable browsers. Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher is required. Do you need to update your browser? Download the latest version of Internet Explorer at no charge.
Check the security of your browser. Windows 2000 users, download the High Encryption Pack to enhance your system with 128-bit encryption. Windows XP users that are experiencing difficutly accessing secure web sites, learn how to resolve the issue.

- Availity recommends that you always operate your computers utilizing up-to-date anti-virus, anti-spyware, and other appropriate security software and settings for your particular working environment.
