If your computer is running Windows 10 and you prefer using the Availity Portal with Internet Explorer instead of Microsoft's Edge browser, the instructions in the following sections explain how to access and, if necessary, set up Internet Explorer on your Windows 10 computer.
Click the Windows Start button.
In the Start menu, click Windows
Accessories, and then click Internet
Explorer.
Note: If you do not see Internet
Explorer in the Windows Accessories group, follow the steps below
to set up Internet Explorer on your computer.
Note: The following steps require you to restart your computer. Before completing these steps, save the files you are working on and close any applications you are using.
Click the Windows Start button.
In the Start menu, click Windows
System, and then click Control
Panel.
In the Control Panel window, click Programs or Programs and Features, and then click Turn Windows features on or off.
In the Windows Features dialog box, select the check
box next to Internet Explorer,
and then click OK.
When prompted to restart your computer, click Restart Now.
