JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Availity, one of the nation’s leading health information networks, has announced that the Board of Managers has named Paul B. Kusserow, Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Development Officer for Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), as the next chairman of Availity’s Board of Managers.
Kusserow succeeds Joe Grantham, who has been Availity’s Chairman since 2004. The leadership transition went into effect this month at the company’s regularly scheduled Board meeting.
