2015 Black Book Survey Announces Availity as Highest-Ranked Vendor for Claims Management/Clearinghouse Satisfaction and Service. Top honors reflect company’s dedication to innovation in customer support and loyalty

Jacksonville, FLA – Availity, the nation’s largest real-time health information network, was honored as the highest ranked Claims Management/Clearinghouse vendor in customer satisfaction and client experiences by Black Book™, the most comprehensive user opinion poll in the health IT industry. Availity has been honored in previous years by Black Book in the category of payer-centric/insurer HIEs.

Black Book surveyed 1,191 hospital Chief Financial Officers, vice presidents of finance, controllers and directors, to determine the top-performing vendors among in-demand financial software, systems and outsourcing services, and assessed the gaps and urgencies of hospital financial administration. Top-performing financial software and outsourced services vendors were ranked by customer satisfaction on 18 client experiences based on key performance indicators in 34 categories of financial services and technology solutions.
