Training at Availity

Availity offers a wide variety of free training from our portal.

Registered users may log in to the Availity portal and visit the Availity Training and Resources section on the Home page. Availity offers free training webinars, on-demand recorded webinars, and animated “Show-Me” demonstrations. We also provide a full, comprehensive context-sensitive help system.

 

Free Training Webinars

To view the current training webinar schedule and register, click Free Training at the top of any page in the Availity portal. Availity offers regularly scheduled webinars for many of our product solutions. Most webinars last 60 minutes, and you attend using your computer with internet access and your telephone.

Are you new to using Availity? Do you want to learn more about navigation and workflow solutions offered? This training webinar is dedicated to new users, and is essential to learning how to use Availity products/services, locate helpful resources, and becoming familiar with navigation.

Learn how to submit eligibility and benefits inquiries and navigate the results returned by the payer.
